Demolition of an old farm and the construction of a sustainable, high-quality new construction project consisting of NZE apartments with a large communal garden, equipped with a geothermal heat pump, solar panels, type D ventilation system.

Building a NZE new construction project (E-peil <20) consisting of 13 apartments + 1 private home + 1 landscape office and underground parking spaces. The building will be equipped with a geothermal heat pump, solar panels, type D ventilation system, and green roof.

Demolition of the old, existing buildings and the new construction of the CPAS service center on the ground floor (= a multipurpose room with adjustable walls for meals (Resto & Co, Lunch & Co...), various activities and courses; a computer corner accessible to the public; the Child's House; a care room; a kitchen; a bar with access to the terrace; two offices for administrative staff; showers and sanitary facilities) and 8 apartments on the 1st & 2nd floor (= 4 large ones with 3 bedrooms and four smaller ones with 1 bedroom. They are primarily intended as emergency homes and for refugees (LOI: Local Shelter Initiative)). The building will be built on 50 cm poles to protect against possible floods. There is a gabled roof with solar panels. A heat pump provides heating. De Hoeve will be equipped with an electric lift + access for the disabled. A burglar alarm will also be installed.

The project to be carried out is located in the Marolles district in Brussels and involves the construction of 8 houses, a workshop space, an entrance building for the school's gym, the replacement building of the school's siesta room, the renovation of the school's changing rooms, the environment and the construction of the school's playground, all under the City of Brussels's Sustainable Neighbourhood Contract
